This clinic is designed with the trail rider in mind but it’s more than just the typical “bomb-proofing” clinic. It’s about finding ways to approach the problems you are most likely to encounter on the trail: water, hikers, and other hazards but also other troubles such as horses that move too slow or too fast, horses that don’t get along with each other and even good etiquette when riding out with others. There’s even a section on trailer safety. This is always a lot of fun in a relaxed atmosphere. The Running I has dry camping available (with portapotties ) for $20/night and horse pens available for $30/ night. You bring your own buckets, feed and shavings if you want them. We are limiting this to 15 riders for lots of one on one attention. Dogs on a leash are ok at the camping area. A (non-refundable) deposit of $250 holds your spot. I will send out an invoice for the balance of $500 4 weeks prior to the clinic and is non-refundable at that point. ( But you are welcome to get someone to take your place.)
